Services for Veterans and Military Families

We work with each veteran to administer Job Fitness Tests to determine where their strengths lie and what jobs would be most fitting for them. Based on these assessments, we determine a plan for identifying the best employers and jobs that will meet their talents and interest.

Veteran and Military Family Services

If you are having thoughts of suicide or becoming self-destructive, qualified responders are ready to help you 24/7.

We offer detailed job coaching (including re-writing your resume to properly translate military experience into civilian roles), preparing for interviews, and job placement services.

Klekamp Veterans Center

Easterseals Redwood will soon open the region’s first of its kind Military & Veteran Center to serve veterans, military, and their families. This state-of-the-art facility will provide one location for services, support, and resources – eliminating “navigation frustration.”

We connect service members transitioning from the military with a local mentor to assist them with education, employment, legal services, VA, and more.

Community One Source

Numerous community organizations have developed programs to assist veterans with needs not addressed by their government benefits. We make veterans aware of the services available to them.

Our Fort Mitchell, KY campus is one of five regional assistive technology resource centers in Kentucky, known as KATS. The mission is to make assistive technology easily obtainable for people of any age and/or disability.
