We’re big fans of apprenticeships. Serving an apprenticeship is like going to college to learn a specific occupation, except you get paid to learn and graduate without debt from student loans. We’re thrilled to be one of 280 YouthBuild programs in 15 countries. It serves young adults between the ages of 16 and 24 who are not currently enrolled in school and do not have a high school diploma or financial resources.
