Construction Pre-Apprenticeship

We’re big fans of apprenticeships. Serving an apprenticeship is like going to college to learn a specific occupation, except you get paid to learn and graduate without debt from student loans. You’re considered an “apprentice” if you are paid for on-the-job learning and job-related classroom learning.

YouthBuild

We’re thrilled to be one of 280 YouthBuild programs in 15 countries. It serves young adults between the ages of 16 and 24 who are not currently enrolled in school and do not have a high school diploma or financial resources. The program can have life-changing results: 75% of enrollees earn their high school diploma or GED while also learning the skills for high demand careers like construction.
