In Celebration of Disability Pride Month

Join Easterseals Redwood in celebrating Disability Pride Month, as well as the 36th anniversary of the signing of the Americans with Disabilities Act, at the 2026 Carnival of Abilities! This event is a chance to celebrate meaningful lives for people with disabilities. Guests from all of Easterseals Redwood’s locations will enjoy games and activities such as spin art, airbrush tattoos, putt-putt, and a visit from Mr. Redlegs while cooling off with Kona Ice and a dunk tank.
Every July is a chance to shine a light on the achievements and contributions of people with disabilities, celebrate the Americans with Disabilities Act that was signed into law on July 26, 1990, and raise awareness about disability rights and issues while promoting accessibility for all. Easterseals Redwood empowers children and adults with disabilities to live full and meaningful lives through programs that enrich education, expand employment, enhance health, and elevate communities.
