Maggie Brennan, Vice President of Social Enterprise Growth

Maggie Brennan is a connector at heart. With over 25 years of experience in business development, communications, project management, and fundraising, she brings energy, curiosity, and a people-driven mindset to everything she does. Maggie thrives at the intersection of strategy and relationships—helping teams collaborate, take smart risks, and turn big ideas into meaningful impact.

Maggie has a consistent focus on building trust and creating environments where people can do their best work. Most recently, Maggie served as a consultant with Systems Evolution Inc. (SEI), advising organizations on strategy, operations, and engagement, following several years at a digital fundraising SaaS company supporting partners in driving donor growth and impact. She is excited to be returning to the nonprofit sector, where she previously spent a decade at Cincinnati Children’s Hospital Medical Center leading patient engagement and donor relations programs.

Maggie is deeply invested in the Cincinnati community, serving as Chair of the Cincinnati Memorial Hall Society, a Cincinnati Zoo & Botanical Garden Ambassador Council member, and founder of both Adventure Crew’s RAD Women’s Collective and The 51% Women’s Social Club. When she’s not working, you’ll likely find her outdoors—cycling, hiking, pickle balling—or exploring creative outlets like dance, writing, and illustration.
