Easterseals Redwood Announces Maggie Brennan as Vice President of Social Enterprise Growth

February 24, 2026

Easterseals Redwood, a nonprofit working to empower children and adults with disabilities, military veterans, and people facing disadvantages to live full and meaningful lives, is pleased to announce Maggie Brennan as the nonprofit’s Vice President of Social Enterprise Growth.

Brennan will report to President and CEO Pam Green and lead the strategic growth of Easterseals Redwood’s social enterprises, including Building Value and Easterseals Kitting and Logistics. In this role, she will drive revenue growth, develop and execute business strategies, and advance the organization’s mission through expanded employment and business opportunities.

“Social enterprise plays a critical role in advancing our mission,” said Green. “Our businesses generate revenue that fuels impact while creating meaningful employment opportunities in our community. Maggie is a natural connector and strategic leader who will help us elevate and expand this work. We’re thrilled to welcome her to the team.”

Brennan brings more than 25 years of experience in business development, communications, project management, and fundraising to this new chapter in her career. Most recently, she’s served as a consultant with Systems Evolution Inc. (SEI), where she advised organizations on strategy, operations, and engagement. In the nonprofit world, she also previously worked with Cincinnati Children’s Hospital Medical Center, leading patient engagement and donor relations programs.

“Throughout my career, I’ve worked at the intersection of strategy and relationships — helping teams collaborate, take smart risks, and turn big ideas into meaningful impact,” Brennan said. “Easterseals Redwood’s mission deeply resonates with me, and I’m excited to help expand opportunities that empower people to not just survive but thrive.”

Brennan is also deeply invested in the Cincinnati community, serving as Chair of the Cincinnati Memorial Hall Society, as a Cincinnati Zoo & Botanical Garden Ambassador Council member, and founder of both Adventure Crew’s RAD Women’s Collective and The 51% Women’s Social Club.
